Before your visit
Please take a moment to read through the Prevention Plan document that came with your invitation. Once you've reviewed it, use the link in your invite to submit your acknowledgment. If you’ve already done this for a previous visit, you’re all set—there won’t be any mention of it in your email this time around. You’ll also find other handy details in your invitation to help you prepare.
Arriving at the GEB Office
When you get here, sign in at reception using either the QR code in your email or your invitation ID. Once you’re signed in, we’ll announce your arrival and someone from the team will be right there to greet you with a smile.
Leaving the GEB Office
When it’s time to head off, don’t forget to sign out using the same QR code or ID. This helps us keep everything running smoothly and ensures we know who’s onsite. Thanks again for taking the time to prepare—we’re looking forward to seeing you!
